The primary goal for this website is to provide a powerful and efficient communications vehicle for the residents of Emerald Tower. Although parts of this website are open to the public, regular access will be restricted to Emerald Tower residents and owners. In addition, the Board of Directors of the homeowners association, the Emerald Tower Association, Inc. (ETA), along with committees of the ETA, will be able to conduct business more quickly and efficiently by use of this website.
